First, some introduction
Hi, I’m Septian! Congratulations! You found my tiny little corner of the internet. through this site, I share insights about life’s problem including, but not limited to, mental health, productivity, habits, and living a balanced life. While you are here, let me introduce a bit about myself.
My Story
Growing up, I always felt the need to prove myself to other people. I did this subconsciously and it took a toll on me when I reached adulthood. Fortunately I realized it was not a good habit and I needed to change. However, change isn’t always straightforward-it’s a journey with ups and downs, and lessons along the way. Therefore, I started this site so that I can share to you about my progress and how my journey is still filled with ups and downs.
My ultimate goal is to create a space where I can share and help people who are going through this dark phase of life. With each post, I aim to make self-improvement achievable and enjoyable, and I hope you can find good and actionable insights through reading my posts.
What you’ll find here
I intend to write things about: Mental health, habits, living a healthy lifestyle, as well as some personal finance tips. However, I won’t limit my writings to be just at topics I mentioned above.
I’m here to share what works for me, and I hope some of them can work for you too. I’m also aware that sometimes what works for me doesn’t always work for others. After all, everyone is unique! Therefore, this site is not about making quick fixes, it will be mostly about sharing perspectives.
A little more about me
When I’m not writing or working, I’m usually spending time with my wife and young daughter, or indulging in my love of reading. I enjoy everything from novels to finance and history books. Besides reading, I love to train in the gym as well. This personal mix of interests and experiences keeps me inspired to explore new ways to grow and to help others do the same.
Let’s connect
I’d love to hear from you! Feel free to reach out or share your thoughts on my posts. Remember, self-improvement is a journey, and you don’t have to do it alone.
